THE MEETING PLACE FOR MODEL BUILDING FANS

After a much too long forced break, it was finally time again: At the MODELLBAUTAGEN in the Arena Nova, the most beautiful remote-controlled functional models of trucks, excavators, cranes, wheel loaders, bulldozers and many more could be admired up close.

Around 6,000 visitors did not miss this spectacle full of highlights. At Austria’s largest indoor model construction site, more than 6 tons of earth were moved by functional models on a scale of 1:14, and for the first time this year, various model railroads also generated great enthusiasm among young and old.

On an area of 2,000^m2, the trains rattled, whistled and steamed through detailed model landscapes.

A large supporting program provided action and variety all three days. Especially the special offer for kids was a big hit. The little ones could not only make the so-called RC driving license in different categories.

Craft workshops, a throwing glider challenge and a mini crawler track also made hearts beat faster. And the modeling professionals patiently answered every question – even those of the adults.

The program of MODELLBAUTAGE 2023 is already being diligently worked on again and the new date will be announced shortly.
