Esto no s\u00f3lo debilita el cord\u00f3n de soldadura, sino que tambi\u00e9n provoca alteraciones visuales, como porosidad o quemaduras de \u00f3xido de zinc. Por tanto, representa un buen compromiso en sus propiedades con otras aleaciones de lat\u00f3n, tiene una buena conformabilidad en fr\u00edo y una conformabilidad en caliente a\u00fan aceptable. No s\u00f3lo es f\u00e1cil de soldar, sino que tambi\u00e9n se presta bien a la soldadura y es adecuado para la embutici\u00f3n profunda, el estampado y el doblado. Su resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n por agua es muy buena, lo que lo hace adecuado para su uso en grifer\u00eda sanitaria, tecnolog\u00eda de calefacci\u00f3n y refrigeraci\u00f3n e incluso en la fabricaci\u00f3n de instrumentos musicales. El lat\u00f3n 2.0321 tambi\u00e9n se utiliza con frecuencia para cojinetes lisos y ruedas dentadas en ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica, as\u00ed como para conectores y puntos de contacto en ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.    <\/p><p>Para soldar lat\u00f3n 2.0321 se requieren los mismos trabajos preparatorios que para soldar cobre: <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-1af8001 );\">La capa de \u00f3xido debe eliminarse mediante amolado o utilizando un limpiador \u00e1cido. Los par\u00e1metros preestablecidos de la geometr\u00eda para espesores de material m\u00e1s gruesos son un punto de partida muy bueno, que puede ajustarse con precisi\u00f3n en cuanto a potencia y duraci\u00f3n del pulso si es necesario. Se recomienda aumentar la secuencia de soldadura por puntos, pero el aporte de energ\u00eda debe mantenerse algo inferior al del cobre para minimizar la evaporaci\u00f3n del zinc. Se puede conseguir un resultado f\u00edsico y visual muy bueno con soldaduras por puntos espaciadas uniformemente.   <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Tras una cuidadosa preparaci\u00f3n del cord\u00f3n de soldadura para la curva de soldadura del lat\u00f3n (CuZn), se recomienda seleccionar un grosor de material m\u00e1s fino en los ajustes de geometr\u00eda y soldar en el tercio inferior del espectro de potencia (20-30%) y con una duraci\u00f3n del pulso de 3-5 ms. El riesgo de porosidad en el cord\u00f3n de soldadura es algo mayor en comparaci\u00f3n con las chapas m\u00e1s gruesas. Por tanto, es aconsejable empezar con una potencia y una duraci\u00f3n del impulso ligeramente inferiores e ir ajustando los par\u00e1metros al alza en peque\u00f1os pasos en funci\u00f3n del comportamiento del material. Si, a pesar de todo, se produjeran porosidades o peque\u00f1os agujeros en el cord\u00f3n de soldadura, se pueden volver a rellenar f\u00e1cilmente con un hilo central de lat\u00f3n adecuado.
