Tambi\u00e9n deben evitarse, en la medida de lo posible, la distorsi\u00f3n del material y los cambios microestructurales en las estructuras de cobre fino. Su conductividad el\u00e9ctrica es muy alta y su resistencia al hidr\u00f3geno y a la corrosi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es buena. Por eso se utiliza a menudo para tuber\u00edas en la t\u00e9cnica de calefacci\u00f3n y aire acondicionado, en la construcci\u00f3n de instalaciones y aparatos, en la fabricaci\u00f3n de maquetas y para revestimientos de tejados y paredes en la industria de la construcci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n<p>Antes de soldar cobre 2.0090, la capa de \u00f3xido debe eliminarse mediante amolado o utilizando un limpiador \u00e1cido, para evitar posteriormente inhomogeneidades en el cord\u00f3n de soldadura. Tambi\u00e9n es importante asegurarse de que la superficie del cord\u00f3n de soldadura est\u00e9 libre de grasa. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-1af8001 );\">La chapa de 0,5 mm se puede soldar muy bien con la curva de soldadura de cobre de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lampert.info\/es\/productos\/industria\/microarcwelder\/\">Micro Soldadora de Arco<\/a> con una potencia media (aprox. 30-40%) y una duraci\u00f3n del impulso de aprox. 5-7 ms. La secuencia del punto de soldadura debe ser lo m\u00e1s alta posible para superar la disipaci\u00f3n de calor a trav\u00e9s del material. Debido a las muy buenas propiedades de fluidez del cobre, la superposici\u00f3n de los puntos de soldadura individuales produce un resultado excelente en cuanto a material y aspecto.
