Esta capa de \u00f3xido debe eliminarse antes de soldar, al igual que cualquier contaminaci\u00f3n, sobre todo de hidr\u00f3geno, para evitar la formaci\u00f3n de grietas y poros. Igualmente dif\u00edcil es la alta conductividad t\u00e9rmica del aluminio, que requiere un mayor aporte de energ\u00eda durante la soldadura, pero sin cambiar demasiado la estructura al mismo tiempo. Son requisitos muy exigentes para el aluminio delgado.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">En la soldadura TIG de aluminio se utilizan habitualmente procesos de corriente alterna para romper la capa de \u00f3xido. Por eso se utiliza muy a menudo para chapas y tubos, y tambi\u00e9n es relativamente f\u00e1cil de anodizar tras la soldadura. <\/p>\n<p>Para soldar aluminio 3.0255 es esencial una preparaci\u00f3n meticulosa del cord\u00f3n de soldadura. La capa de \u00f3xido debe eliminarse por completo.
