La soldadura es una t\u00e9cnica que suele requerir cierta experiencia.<br \/>La soldadura de metales ligeros, como el aluminio en particular, requiere una precisi\u00f3n extrema, la precauci\u00f3n y paciencia necesarias, experiencia y las herramientas adecuadas para garantizar una uni\u00f3n fuerte.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, siempre es aconsejable comprobar en la fase de planificaci\u00f3n si se puede utilizar otro material m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de procesar para la construcci\u00f3n, por ejemplo, acero inoxidable\/V2A, ya que este material es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de procesar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>es mejor y m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de soldar que las aleaciones de aluminio.<\/li>\n<li>tiene una mayor estabilidad con un grosor de material m\u00e1s fino.<\/li>\n<li>soporta una mayor carga t\u00e9rmica.<\/li>\n<li>proporciona una mejor tracci\u00f3n debido a un mayor peso muerto con un material m\u00e1s fino, por ejemplo en modelismo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El proceso de soldadura por micropulsos se inicia tocando ligeramente la pieza con la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lampert.info\/es\/productos\/electrodos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">punta del electrodo<\/a>. Con este modo, las aleaciones de aluminio aptas para soldar se pueden soldar especialmente bien introduciendo la varilla de soldadura. puede volver a formarse en muy poco tiempo simplemente tocando las superficies. Por lo tanto, es esencial eliminarlos siempre antes de soldar aluminio y despu\u00e9s de pausas m\u00e1s largas.<\/p>\n<p>Esto puede hacerse mec\u00e1nicamente, por ejemplo, utilizando un rascador triangular o un vell\u00f3n abrasivo. En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto significa fijar los puntos de soldadura de forma continua, lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente posible y a una velocidad constante.<\/p>\n<p>Interrumpir constantemente el proceso de soldadura puede provocar f\u00e1cilmente grietas por tensi\u00f3n en la superficie de la pieza o en todo el cord\u00f3n de soldadura.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element
