Lampert original electrodes
Lampert electrodes have been specially developed for welding with Lampert fine welding equipment and are tailored to the needs of our customers. All electrodes are much less polluting and non-radioactive compared to the thoriated electrodes widely used in conventional welding.
Our classic for fine welding:
the tungsten electrode WLa
- Due to the good service life and also good ignition properties, we have been using tungsten electrodes for many years, which contain an increased proportion of lanthanum oxide (La2O3) in addition to various mixed oxides.
- The electrodes are very universal and are very suitable for welding of unalloyed and high-alloy steels, titanium, nickel, copper, tin and precious metal alloys.
- The WLa electrodes have proven themselves for fine welding with Lampert welding equipment and are also characterized by a good price-performance ratio.
- Due to the consistently positive customer feedback on the thicker electrode diameters in terms of service life and welding performance, we still have tungsten electrodes in diameters of 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm and 1.3 mm in our range for you.
The “WLa” electrodes are available in four different diameters:
Ø 0.6 mm x 50 mm – item no. 100 411
- Universally applicable for fine work as well as for welding with higher power.
(For size 0.6 mm, the matching collet chuck item no. 100 151 is required)
Ø 0.8 mm x 50 mm – item no. 100 413
- Especially suitable for welding with high power.
- Low electrode resistance, therefore large power transfer.
(For size 0.8 mm the matching collet chuck item no. 100 158 is required)
Ø 1.0 mm x 50 mm – Art. no. 100 417
- Particularly suitable for welding with very high power.
- Lowest electrode resistance, therefore very high power transmission with optimized electrode service life.
(For size 1.0 mm the matching collet chuck item no. 100 158 is required)
NEW in our product line: Ø 1.3 mm x 50 mm – item no. 100 419
- Particularly suitable for welding with the highest power settings.
- Lowest electrode resistance, therefore maximum power transmission with optimized electrode service life.
(For size 1.3 mm, the matching collet chuck, item no. 100 161 is required)
Our innovation for special challenges:
the PUKStar electrode
- The PUKStar electrodes have been specially developed for permanent stress and thus have an unsurpassed service life even with fast welding spot sequences and high energy transfer.
- Greatest possible homogeneity in the welding results – also in this point the PUKStar electrode is unrivaled.
- The special grinding of the PUKStar electrode eliminates the need to regrind the electrode.
The PUKStar electrodes are also available in three different diameters:
Ø 0.6 mm x 25 mm – item no. 100 415
- Suitable for finer work as well as for welding with medium power.

Ø 0.8 mm x 25 mm – item no. 100 416
- Universally applicable in all performance ranges
- Hardly any restrictions in power transmission.

- Developed for highest stress and long service life even with high energy transmission
